Aconite 30c
This is a great remedy for a cough & cold that comes on quickly after exposure to cold, wet, frosty weather. You will feel chilly and cold with sneezing and a dry tickly cough.
Ferrum Phos 6c
Great to use for the first signs of a serious sore throat and painful dry or moist cough. Symptoms are often followed by a chest infection.
Arsenicum 30c
Use for a dry cough with a tight sensation in the chest. There is often a feeling of great anxiety & restlessness accompanied by exhaustion and you will feel thirsty for cold drinks.
Gelsemium 30c
There is a slow onset of symptoms in mild, damp weather. The head feels dull with heavy eyes and a mild fever making you feel weak. Aches in the head and neck spread to the arms & legs. You will often feel like there is a lump in your throat. This is also a great flu remedy!
